Why We’re Regina’s Best Value Home Inspection

Other inspectors try to hide the true cost of their inspections by charging extra for things that we include in every inspection. And while some inspectors try to speed through several inspections per day, we spend 3 - 4 hours on YOUR inspection; how thorough can they be in half the time or less?

Did you know? Most home inspectors don’t even show their prices online. They want to upsell you on the phone. We believe in transparency from day one.

Quality Over Quantity:

Here’s what other inspectors don’t want you to know: When they’re booking 3 or 4 inspections a day, by the time their tools are set up, and by the time they write your report, how are they spending enough time at your future home before rushing off to the next one?

We do things differently. We spend a minimum of 3 hours at the home, and then take the additional time to sit down with you for a detailed presentation, answering every question you have. Every inspection is our best; there’s no extra charges for what should be included every time.

When you’re making a purchase as important as this, do you want the inspector who’s watching the clock, or the inspector who’s watching out for you?
