Qualified since 2014
I started my home inspection career in British Columbia in 2014, where strict licensing ensures only qualified professionals can practice. When I moved to Saskatchewan, where anyone can call themselves an inspector, I made a choice to maintain those same high standards.
While others might see an unregulated market as an opportunity to cut corners, I see it as a responsibility to do better. That means ongoing education, current technology, and the same thorough approach I was trained to deliver in BC.
Real Education, Real Training: Diploma in Home Inspection from a recognized college program—not just an online certificate. Classroom instruction, hands-on training, extensive supervised field experience, and a proctored practical exam before I ever inspected on my own.
Experience You Can Trust: Ten years have taught me what's normal for our homes and what needs attention. More importantly, I know how to explain findings in a way that makes sense to you.
No Conflicts of Interest: Home Inspection is my only job. I don’t offer to repair things I may find, and I won’t recommend specific contractors for repair. Clients need to know that my opinions are honest; I’m not generating more work for myself or getting kickbacks.
My Commitment: Every inspection gets my full attention and expertise. I use thermal imaging, drone inspections, and radon snapshots because doing the job right matters. You deserve an inspector who's qualified, experienced, and committed to the highest standards, whether they're required or not.
